So fun
Today morning Zhi Hao asked me go the library and be his model for Crowbar Awards. He so blur... missed the bus, forget to bring card reader, and didn't realise he can't take photo inside the library. Some more today want take photo he cannot find the battery for his camera and end up not charging it.

We settled at Galilee Cafe and took some pictures there.

His camera not very NicholasAPB friendly, focus on the wrong object. Siew Ping and Stefany came to my house to help me for the Crowbar. The shots didn't turn out well but Siew Ping had fun swimming in the pool.

All four of us go to school together to meet up with our classmates for the launch of our school =)

And the above formula is the attendance for the day. Sorry Cris my head too big block your face. Miss Huei proposed a trip to Bintan during the holidays. Hopefully it will come true, YIPPEE!

School's OUT
But no really also la. Next few weeks have to keep going back to school to hand in Assignments. Oh my! So scary... I am already in holiday mood leh. If only there aren't those assignments, I will be enjoying myself now in a spa, relaxing and enjoying. Okie dokie, enough of day dreaming. Back to reality.

The offical opening/launch of Singapore Poly's School of Design will be tomorrow! I hope all of you will come down and find me tomorrow! An exciting exhibition will awaits you.

As this is the last week of school, I bought Micky with me everyday. Micky and Nicky goes to school together.

There was a surprise birthday cake for me and Zhi Hao on the very last day of school. When they bought in the cake into the studio and sang Happy Birthday song, I sang along and asked whose birthday was it. Little do I know it's for me. Ah ha! So sweet.

Few days before I was amuzed by the number of views Vivienne had in her friendster account but not any more. Siu Ping outrun her with more than 200 views. Siu Ping really shines like the SUN. After getting a chance to shoot advertisement for Singapore Poly, her face appeared on the cover of TheNEWSpaper and in many of the bus stops around Singapore. She is also the winner for our school library's bookmark design. Siu Ping you are the queen, long live the queen!

Our class super model Sharon Choo has been missing in action since my birthday party. She is not contactable and Nic misses her. Nic wishes her all the best for her operation in March and for her future as well. The only thing I can do now is to look at this picture with Janice and the scarf. The scarf is the same one we bought for her not so long ago.

And tada! I figured out that a camera phone is perfect for me. Thanks Mum and Dad!

Something which I want to add on... Majulah Singapore! The Semi Final football match between Singapore and Malaysia is really interesting. I was in JB and everyone there were watching the match. May they perform to their best in the Finals!

Last week of school
It's a busy cum stressful last week of school for all of us. Last week of school??!! This means I am going to be senior liao. I am year 2 student liao. I am OLD liao. Oh!

Earlier this week, I received probably the last birthday present for this year. Very thoughtful of Andrea still got put "Happy Birthday Nicky". Now I got a problem, big problem, big big problem, I can't bear to eat it up. But no matter what, I must eat it up! Eat it up before it grow fungus or mould.

And so... ... we were taking class photo in class yesterday with the studio lights. Some people when asked to squat down still refused to. Anyway, I suddenly remember it's been a long time since I last took neoprint. What is this? Sign of an old man perhaps.

TOP spot

Blogging in school now. Piak Piak my butt. Hee! In a competitive world today, it's competition everywhere. Every singer is fighting for the top spot in my itunes most played song list too. Click to view the full size. Joi Chua is top on my most play chart this period. Jiang Mei Qi is catching up behind. There are a few exception like the song by Miss Sharon Au.

Over here is the G-Music top 20 Best Selling Album Chart for the year 2006. Jolin remains the queen of all time. She is unbeatable. Not even Jay Chou can beat. Suprisingly David Tao is at the bottom of the lot. There are only two local singer on the chart. As expected, Jay Chou, Wang Lee Hom, Fish Leong and Sun Ho snatched the top 5 spots.

Talking about my number 1 idol, she is currently busy working on her chinese album and first english album with Wycelf Jean. Fans can expect many many of her this year. May the sun shines!

Getting younger and younger
Although I just celebrated my birthday not so long ago, I think I am getting more younger and youthful. Haha! I think the fact that I am a year older makes me realised that it is very important to "Bao Yang". If we don't Bao Yang, we will age faster and this is a no-no for me. Also, it is important that your heart stay young and your mindset should always tell yourself that you are young! Yes we are all still young!

Look at what I had for lunch in school today. Noodle plus rice plus cabbage plus sausage plus chicken wing plus egg. Haix! Order and order until I forget whether I am able to finish it or not. Oh man these few days I kept eating and eating and eating so much food. Later I become fatty bom bom then no one wants me then I sad sad sad sad sad.

Guess what! I am still able to wear clothes that I bought during my Secondary One or even before that. This is really something very impressive. And if I get fat, it will be obvious that I will not be able to fit in those clothes. BTW, is that a picture of me smoking? How can your very innocent boy next door smoke? Or is it illusion? Or photoshop? Or maybe it's another person bah.

My friendster profile views double for this month but still not enough to beat Tan Wei Ling's high profile views of 124. No wonder she is the queen of beauty. Nobody will disagree me calling her our future Miss Singapore Universe right? Heehee. Marvin, you better watch out. 124 people had seen her profile liao. I won't be surpised if the number hit 500 by the end of this month.

Nic is still young
Although I had just celebrated my birthday not so long ago, I really think I hadn't change much. I am still so young and youthful and show no sign of ageing.

It's been a long week of going to SMU for Crowbar Seminars. I almost felt asleep in all but am particularly honoured to meet local renowed fashion photographer Geoff Ang on the last day of the seminar. He is very inspiring and professional.

Anyway yesterday my IDS group spent the day in school to do the IDS Flash Assignment. We were having lots of fun talking and laughing in fact. After the project, Vivienne, the shinning Miss Universe to-be, went to meet Marvin to go Chinatown to buy her Korean CDs, Siu Ping, the Singapore Poly ambassador with her face all over advertisements in press and bus stops around Singapore, went home for family dinner, Sophia, the only fairy who holds a balloon at the Spinovex, went to her service and Audrey, the DIY Kiasu ah girl who recently became famous among cats, went home to chong chong chong. It left with Vincent and me and we decided to go shopping!!!

Saw my crazy and funny cousin at Bugis with her friends. They were squeezing in and out of here and there and end up going home empty handed.

Later at night, I met Ryan and his gf to go to meet Michelle and Joey to celebrate Michelle birthday. After eating at the Bukit Timah food centre, we went to eat prata at somewhere near. And now I realised I ate too much yesterday. It's very critical! I scare later I got tummy, so today is diet day. Haha =P

Red Hot Birthday Bash

Thanks to all my friends who were there on my party on Saturday. I am really touched and emotional. And to the two who stayed overnight, I really had fun playing and forget about the sad things. For those who couldnt make it especially at the last minute, I would have feel sorry for you because you missed out great fun and great great great x100 times food.

Some people even got drunk and didn't realised they were brokebacking! Yea, these people stayed back and help me with the clearing up. Thumbs up for them =)

And now for the presents! Sharon Choo you rock my world. You made me have the most hilarious gift ever. A notebook (according to someone is a free gift from a particular magazine) with number of flyers and a receipt of another item which cost $1.90. Why you give me flyers??

And for the shocking moment... the gift from RX. I was telling her months ago the guys in Yu Le Bai Fen Bai so lucky every time got nice folders to hold. And this is what she gave me, a folder made by her!

I never thought she remembered it and never never never thought she will make one for me despite her busy schduele. Look, there's a mirror in it for the Zhi Lian me and calender from January to December! And last but not least, the photos from Sec One till Now! Adding on to that, she wrote a beautifuly decorated testi for me. Aw!

As for the rest, thanks for all your presents. I love them all, and the testimonials, my eyes were both in tears after seeing them. Steffenie, although you are not present (in USA), I am really glad to receive the gift you had arranged for me. Thanks so so so so so much!

Went to Crowbar Seminar Talk at SMU this evening and there's no air con! And have to sit at the steps, all our butts hurt. After the Seminar, there's a reception where we can view past award winner's work but when we saw food, we just start eating without hesitation. That's pretty unprofessional of us. Hoho.

Say Hello
Had a great advance birthday bash yesterday, will update it soon. Yesterday Vincent and Daryl stayed overnight at my home. We played Monopoly all the way. Somehow Daryl keep losing and losing and losing. It seems that whatever game he play, Game of Life or Wheel of Fortune or Monopoly, he will lose lose lose. Bad luck! Haha, but really thanks for the accompany.

Today I meet Candy, James and Linda at Shangri-La for high tea. It's for my birthday. Somehow everytime I go to hotel, I am in love with their toilet! Anyway the best part of the high tea is the free flow of drinks. Being a coffee and tea person, I drink and drink and drink and drink. Oops!

Lovely isn't it? Who can resist it? Anyway Cisco USA is sueing Apple for using the name iPhone as it was their registered trademark of their phones. Therefore, at the end of the day, it may not call iPhone isn't it?

Oh bring back my holiday to me
Oh bring back my holiday to me, bring back oh bring back oh bring back my holiday to me. School opened, so scary! 3 weeks to finish all the final assignments for each moduele? That's pretty much like hell.

Today in school I was told my classmate Siew Ping appeared on the cover of The NewPaper few days ago. So proud of her!

Enough of bad news, here's a good news! I've been discharged fully! I hope my eyes will be back to normal especially before my birthday party. Hmmm, yippies!

SUN SUN SUN

Went to Sentosa Island twice this week to sun tan. As this is the last week of my holiday, if I don't go sun tan now, I will have to wait so the very the long liao. Haha! Ryan bought a very good brand sun-tan spray from overseas and the effect of the tan was good.

There's an interesting animal attraction at the Palawan Beach where you can get upclose with some animals. There was the husky and a snake when we were there. Oh my, the sound of the husky is so scary, like human, so unlike normal dog lor. As for the snake, it's one of the most disgusting animals on earth. And in the end, only Michelle dare to get upclose with them, bravo girl!!!

The services in the island are fantastic but the new shower room in Palawan Beach ain't user- friendly. The shower made bathing so difficult. My advice (for guys) is to use the common shower outside the cubicles as the showers there are more user-friendly. For girls you are lucky, heard from Michelle that the shower there is great. How can they use different shower for the girls and the boys? Not fair.

I am Versatile
Just may you have forgotten, I am a Food and Nutrition O level student and was one of the top scorer in my cohort. Heehee, I am so versatile, I can make good food but just whether I want or not. After many decades, I finally stepped into the kitchen to make food for my relatives who were at my house yesterday.

NO I didnt cut the veggies, I just mix them all together. It is going to take hours for me to cut lor. Anyway, it ain't easy mixing the veggies either. There's technique. Most importantly, the salad cream and thousand island sauce must be of right proportion in order for the salad to taste good. In the end, I took 15 minutes to mix them all together and get it serve. Anyway, I only mix the bowl you see on the left and after a while, it's gone! My salad is like hot cake! Haha. I am not a salad person, sometimes I really dont know what's so nice about salad but nevermind, my salad people eat good liao. I ate some and it really taste good!

You know I think I have ANXIETY or PANIC ATTACK! I was playing mahjong yesterday when I got cold sweat all over and my whole body can feel my heart pumping. Sometimes the other players are so fast and I find it difficult to think. Haix, makes me recalled it's always been like that de. Also not only mahjong, many incidents I get anxious or panick easily. Oh man I think I am too old to get shock or surprises. I think my birthday better don't give me surprise because I scare later I heart attack.

Talking about my birthday, there will be a celebration. I can't possibly invite everyone that I know because there will be too many people and it will be chaos. Therefore, if you wanna come, just drop me a mail or ring me up and I'll be more than happy to invite you.

Today is school reopen. My brother just come home and said he was voted the monitor by his classmates. So proud of him, think he is following my good footstep, hahaha! Okie, I going to watch movie liao, Ciaox!

KTV Rocks
Yesterday was the NEW YEAR. Had great a great time with 2 old friends! Augustine finally managed to get us on our butts to the KTV. Haha! It's been a long long time since our last KTV session.

As usual Augustine was late. Basically, the both of them were like singing SHE, Jay Chou, FIR and SHE, Jay Chou, FIR. Boring hor. Unlike me, so versatile! I conquered many songs from Evan Yo to Zhou Hui Min. Bravo Nicholas!

A random song list. Let's play a game, make a guess which is my song? Haha so obvious la, anyway, the songs that they sing, the MTV were like so new and modern, unlike most of mine, so old fashion. Hahaha!

Then until a certain point, both AK and RX don't know what to sing liao and I still have many songs to sing. I so the very professional right. Hee! It's great fun having to spend the New Year with so old friends =)

Here's something interesting! Last weekend, JJ Lin had his concert in Taiwan and both himself and Ah-Do kissed each other, mouth to mouth, (but no tongue to tongue la), right on stage.

I was smsing all of you my love ones at 12am sharp to wish you all a Happy New Year when I suddenly remember it's not the right thing to do. Why don't I remember the whole singapore is smsing and the system will hang. Anyway, if you no receive my message, just don't panick!
